Description: As an hourly manager trainee, you will spend several months learning our business in order to gain a high level of competency and experience. After successful completion of your training, you will be promoted to Shift Manager. You will earn a pay increase and become responsible for the management of restaurant systems and people. With a continued desire to succeed you will begin to climb the ladder of opportunity. Swing Managers with the best performance and most flexible shift availability are eligible for promotion to positions of greater responsibility and compensation including hourly assistant and salaried Restaurant Manager
