Description: Findlay McDonald's is offering an opportunity to work and grow with our dynamic team as an hourly manager. As a successful manager at McDonald's you are responsible for managing people, products, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining McDonald's policies, procedures, and ensuring that a respectful workplace exists in the restaurant. Other responsibilities include: Maintaining critical standards for safety, security, product quality, service quality and speed, cleanliness and sanitation. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
