next day. It is important for the closing team to
make sure that all equipment is clean and in position
for breakfast, and that the restaurant is spotless. Members of the closing team must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. They need to be reliable, organized, and efficient with outstanding work standards. Above all, closers must understand how to work as part of a team-sharing the work load and helping each other out.

Hours: 5am-2pm/4pm-closing
Pay: $7.00-$12.00 per hour
Description: Custodial Maintenance duties include:
- Stock Rotation
- Building Maintenance
- Oil Filtration
- General Cleaning
- Small Equipment Maintenance
No experience necessary! All training is provided in the restaraunt.
A successful candidate for this job is: good at working through daily, weekly, and monthly routines; highly self motivated; able to maintain high standards with very little supervision; has good time management skills.
Some degree of physical labor is required for specialized cleaning projects, lifting stock, and other duties.
