Our McDonald's offers competitive starting wages, previous experience is a plus. Pay rates change with any changes in employees availablity.

Full-time Managers have the option to defer a percentage of their paycheck to the 401k plan.

We offer affordable insurance to all of our employees, McCrew Care Health Insurance Plan for Crew and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois for managers and maintenance personnel. With the McDonald's Insurance Program an employee can choose to enroll in only the benefits that meet their specific needs. Plans can include medical, prescription, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and more. Our company contributes a percentage of the premium depending on job classification.

Manager and Maintenance personnel will be eligible for vacation after 1 full year of employment.

Employees have the opportunity to payroll deduct monies to be used to purchase McDonald's stock.

Employees receive free meals during the shifts they work. We also discount meals for employees and families up to 50%.

Whatever your availabilty may be, we will work with your schedule.

Managers are eligible for monthly bonuses based on the performance of the restaurant.

A bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a Crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days. Additional bonuses will be paid when the referred employee continues employment past 60 and 120 days. The total referral bonus payout is $100.00 when the referred employee completes 120 days of employment.

Crew uniforms provided, managers participate in a uniform rental program.

Employees have the options to deposit their paycheck into their bank or saving institution.
