  Our McDonald's offers competitive starting wages, previous experience is a plus. Pay rates change with any changes in employees availablity.

• 401K Plan

  Full-time employees have the option to defer a percentage of their paycheck to the 401k plan if they have met eligibilty requirements after one year of service.

  We offer affordable insurance to all of our employees, McDonald's Insurance Program for Crew and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois for Managers and Maintenance personnel. With the McDonald's Insurance Program an employee can choose to enroll in only the benefits that meet their specific needs. Plans can include medical, prescription, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and more. Our company contributes a percentage of the premium depending on job classification.

• Vacation Pay

  Managerment, Crew Trainers/Leaders and Maintenance personnel will be eligible for vacation after 1 full year of employment.

• McDirect - McDonald's Stock Purchase Plan

  Employees have the opportunity to payroll deduct monies to be used to purchase McDonald's stock.

• Employee Meal Program

  Employees receive free meals during the shifts they work. We also discount meals for employees and families up to $20.00 with 50% taken off equaling $10.00.

• Performance Based Bonus

  Managers are eligible for monthly bonuses based on the performance of the restaurant.

  Crew uniforms provided, managers participate in a uniform rental program.
