Store Manager/$36,000 to $60,000/Bonus Potential-$6,900. First Assistant Manager/$28,000 to 40,000/Bonus Potential-$3,000. Second Assistant Manager/$26,000 to $30,000/Bonus Potential/$1,440.

Tuition reimbursement to any accredited College or University up to $250 per semester/$500 per year. This program is available to all Salaried Managers and requires preapproval.

Training curriculum is ACE accredited for earning college credits towards a Business degree

Performance reviews are conducted twice a year. Wage reviews are conducted once per year.

Based on profit and operational goals

Up to 4 weeks paid vacation per year. Eligible for 1 week after 6 months service.
