Our company contributes $10 toward your monthly premium.

  McDirect Shares is a direct stock purchase plan that lets you build ownership in McDonald's and reinvest dividends in the company. You can purchase shares of McDonald's common stock through payroll deductions.

  Employees are offered discounted meals. The discount is 50% when coming in for a scheduled shift as well as a 20% discount anytime they come in, even with family and friends.
