We now offer affordable insurance to all our employees. With the McDonald's Insurance Program, you can choose to enroll in only those benefits that meet your specific needs. Plans can include medical and prescription, dental, vision, life and/or short-term disability coverage. You can elect single or family coverage too! Our company contributes $10 toward your monthly premium.

McDirect Shares is a direct stock purchase plan that lets you build ownership in McDonald's and reinvest dividends in the company. You can purchase shares of McDonald's common stock through payroll deductions.

McDonald's Gold Card is a value added employment benefit program, designed to reward and thank restaurant managers and crew by offering them, special discounts at more than 60 nationally recognized retailers and service providers.

Employees are offered discounted meals. The discount is 60% when coming in for a scheduled shift as well as a 20% discount anytime they come in, even with family and friends.
