  If you are working during the shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store, and you help the store recieve a grade if 90% or better, you will recieve 1 extra hour on your paycheck. If you help the store recieve a 95% or better you will recieve 2 extra hours on your paycheck.

• Mystery Shop Bonus

  If you are running the shift when the mystery shopper comes to the store, and you recieve a 90% or better, you will recieve a $50 bonus. If the store recieves a 95% or better, you will recieve a $100 bonus.

• Drive Thru Incentive

  If your store achieves their drive thru goal for the month, every manager will recieve a $25 gas card.

  All benefits that the crew and swing managers are entitled to are included in addition to the list below.

• Vacation

  Salaried Managers are entitled to one week paid vacation after 1 year of service. After 2 years of service Salaried Managers reiceve 2 weeks paid vacation. If you are on salary for 5 years or more you recieve 3 weeks paid vacation. In addition all salaried managers have 4 paid personal days a year.

• Insurance

  Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance are available.

• Holiday Compensation

  You will recieve an additional paid day off if you work on specified holidays.
