A full time position responsible for performing minor equipment repairs, planned maintenance on all major equipment and general building maintenance.

Minimum requirements: 18 years old, must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., able to climb ladders, and operate power-cleaning equipment.

Looking for self-motivated team player that has attention to details, is able to track daily tasks, follow written instructions, keep accurate written records, and troubleshoot equipment problems.
